1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Webhie's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Webhie provides custom software development, AI/ML solutions, and related technical consulting services. Specific project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
• Provide necessary access to systems and resources as required

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for their project
• Webhie retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Webhie may showcase completed work in portfolio materials unless confidentiality is agreed upon

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules are based on project milestones
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webhie's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We strive for quality but do not guarantee error-free operation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Terms of termination, including payment for work completed, will be specified in individual agreements.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Webhie LLC operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
